Unable to Login or EPG Not Working on Firestick

If you're having trouble logging in to your IPTV app or the TV guide (EPG) isn't loading on your Amazon Firestick, try these steps:

  1. Check your credentials — Verify your username, password, and server URL in your Client Area. Go to My Services → click your service. Your username, password, and Server URL (with Copy button) are displayed there.
  2. Use Xtream Codes API — If you set up with M3U URL, try switching to Xtream Codes API login (username + password + server URL). This loads EPG automatically and is more reliable.
  3. Clear the app cache — Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → select your IPTV app → Clear Cache
  4. Restart the Firestick — Unplug the power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in
  5. Update the EPG manually — In your IPTV app settings, find the EPG section and tap "Update EPG" or "Refresh EPG"
  6. Reinstall the app — Uninstall and reinstall the IPTV app using the Downloader app

EPG data can take up to 5 minutes to fully load after first login. Be patient and allow it to complete.

If none of these steps work, open a support ticket with your device model and which IPTV app you are using.
