1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once your account is created and service credits are applied, refunds cannot be issued. We strongly recommend starting with a 1-month or 3-month plan, or requesting a free trial, to test the service before committing to a longer subscription.

For best results, use a wired Ethernet connection or a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network. Android boxes should have a minimum of Android 5.0 and 1 GB RAM (2 GB recommended).

3. Connection & Delivery

For optimal performance, your device should be hard-wired or connected on 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Account details are delivered via email within minutes of payment (up to 24 hours during peak periods). We do not guarantee any specific channel — lineups may change without notice.

4. Account Usage

Each subscription allows the number of simultaneous connections specified in your plan. Sharing credentials outside your household or reselling access is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Channels may be temporarily unavailable due to source issues or maintenance. We actively monitor and restore channels as quickly as possible.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
