We do not offer refunds once an account has been created, as service credits are applied immediately and cannot be reversed.
New to our service? We recommend starting with a 1-month or 3-month plan. We also offer free trials so you can test the service before committing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Simply contact us and we will cancel your subscription immediately. Any remaining time on your current billing period will still be honored.
