Multiple Channels Not Working
If several channels are showing blank screens or failing to load:
- Restart your device and router — Unplug both for 30 seconds, then reconnect
- Check your internet speed — Go to fast.com on your streaming device. You need at least 30 Mbps
- Switch to Ethernet — Wi-Fi can be unreliable for streaming. Use a wired connection if possible
- Report the issue — Open a support ticket with the names of affected channels and your username
We actively monitor and swap channel sources. Most outages are resolved within minutes.
