Channels Not Working
Before reporting channel issues, please try these steps:
- Restart your streaming device and router
- Switch channels — If only one channel is affected, it may be a temporary source issue
- Check your internet — Run a speed test at fast.com on your streaming device
- Try a VPN — Your ISP may be blocking IPTV traffic
If the issue persists, open a support ticket with your username and the names of affected channels.
